Case Study | Facilities Management Solutions – A Success Story

A large Richmond based engineering firm was consistently utilizing local competitors for their day to day reprographic overflow needs.  Realizing a need for greater control over miscellaneous project expenses as well as an increasing need to streamline the print process for document coordination purposes the firm sought out solutions from various entities. They were in turn presented with a wide range of equipment, software tools and delivery services to help facilitate their day to day operations.  In the end it was the A&E Supply Company that rose above the crowd with the ability and the expertise to provide a comprehensive and holistic solution that completely addressed the client’s needs; a fully staffed, in-house facilities management program.  

Through a systematic and careful examination A&E was able to place the proper personnel, the appropriate equipment and to provide targeted, customized and fully integrated software systems.  Utilizing MetaPrint™ as well as MetaPrint Abacus™ both of which are proprietary ARC products, A&E was able to modify these systems to integrate directly into the client’s existing accounting and work flow scenario, allowing the client to seamlessly meet their goal and recapture lost revenue. In crafting this two (2) person FM solution A&E provided the client with the right skill set, the right tools and absolute control ensuring a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship for many years to come.
